I Can't Stop Thinking About My Ex - How Do I Get Him Back?

Are you frantic to find a way to get your ex back?

All of these are valid questions and you are right to worry about these things if you are serious about getting your ex back.

The no contact rule should just be a part of an effective plan to get your ex back.

Just sitting waiting for the phone to ring is foolish and you are right in thinking that there should be something that you should be doing to help get him back.

The fact is that in order for you to get your ex to change his mind you are going to have to move him emotionally to come back to you.

A guy isn't going to "eat crow" and just decide that he made a mistake and the he wants to give your relationship another chance just because he is lonely.

If he were simply lonely he could easily find someone else to spend time with... someone without the baggage from a past relationship.

You need to be able to move him emotionally to overcome that baggage and all the issues from your past. 

You need to be able to make him see that he is better off with you than without you and that you are the only woman for him. 

You want him to regret his decision and want you more than ever before. You want him to want you so bad that he would do anything to have you back.

In order to move him emotionally though, you need to be subtle and clever. 

You need to be able to make him come to this conclusion all on his own. You need to be able to make the emotions well up inside him and make him crave you like chocolate!
