I Can't Stop Thinking About My Ex - How Do I Get Him Back?


Are you frantic to find a way to get your ex back? 

Do you think about him all the time and do you feel like you are missing a huge chunk of your heart since he broke up with you?

Are your nights lonely and you wish that you knew of a way to just get him back quickly and easily?

The truth is that there is a very good chance that your ex feels the same way but you should be warned that contacting him or trying to convince him to come back to you will probably only make matters worse. 

Pursuing him and trying to talk about getting back together will often drive him further away and only prolong your breakup.

So, if you want to get him back it is often recommended that you avoid contacting him. 



This is often referred to as abiding by the "no contact rule" and it is often a critical part of any plan to get your ex back.

The period of no contact will allow him time to begin to miss you and also time for you to get yourself pulled back together. 

But what do you do in the meantime? Will following the no contact rule really make him come back to me? What if he thinks that I don't care and moves on? What if there is another woman involved?

All of these are valid questions and you are right to worry about these things if you are serious about getting your ex back.

The no contact rule should just be a part of an effective plan to get your ex back.

Just sitting waiting for the phone to ring is foolish and you are right in thinking that there should be something that you should be doing to help get him back.


The fact is that in order for you to get your ex to change his mind you are going to have to move him emotionally to come back to you.

A guy isn't going to "eat crow" and just decide that he made a mistake and the he wants to give your relationship another chance just because he is lonely.

If he were simply lonely he could easily find someone else to spend time with... someone without the baggage from a past relationship.

You need to be able to move him emotionally to overcome that baggage and all the issues from your past. 

You need to be able to make him see that he is better off with you than without you and that you are the only woman for him. 

You want him to regret his decision and want you more than ever before. You want him to want you so bad that he would do anything to have you back.

In order to move him emotionally though, you need to be subtle and clever. 

You need to be able to make him come to this conclusion all on his own. You need to be able to make the emotions well up inside him and make him crave you like chocolate!
